Jane Sinkins

As a therapist, I have helped people who’ve had one main worry or had many worries.  Does this sound like you?

What are you worrying about?  Is it anxiety, panic, not sleeping; feeling low, burnt out, angry or, most likely, your own unique blend of issues?  There are a myriad of things we can feel concerned about at any time.  Any/all of these can be a part of our conversation.  Nothing is off limits.

In our sessions, we look at how you got to where you are and where you’d like to be.  Together, we work towards change and the future you’re hoping for.

Therapy is a way to have conversations in which we can be deeply thoughtful and in that way be useful to you.

I’m regulated by UKCP – one of the main regulatory bodies.

No matter which therapist you choose, for confidence and your security, any therapist you work with should be registered with one of the main regulatory organisations (these include BPC and BACP as well as UKCP).

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, qualifying in 2013 (through Roehampton University and WPF Therapy Ltd) and also hold the Tavistock & Portman certificate in Understanding Trauma.
