What is Therapy?
Therapy is one of the tools available to us all to help with burnout, with our struggles, with chronic conditions. It allows us to improve our lives and lets us live the way we’d like.
Therapy reduces anxiety and worry so you can think and act with self-assurance and conviction.
Therapy can reduce stress, anger, fear, panic so you can feel more in control and sleep better.
Through therapy you’ll find yourself communicating better with others, having more confidence in demanding situations and feeling calmer.

Focussed
It can be lonely having that “if only” voice in your head. Undermining too. Low self-esteem invades thinking. It’s insidious, eroding your work and your efforts to improve things.
Together we’ll use your experiences and your knowledge to underpin the changes you’re making.

Supportive
Have you been trying but failing to establish change? Maybe worrying that burnout is just around the corner, have you got the chronic anxiety that comes with thinking “this” might never end?
I understand the many competing struggles of work and life and how to change things for you (my previous career in HR helps with this).

Values Driven
I get the regret of past mistakes, wishing and hoping for better in the future. Working together, we use therapy to build a life you’re enthused by, have the capacity to make the best of, and the skills to develop it as you need.
“We are better in the world when we feel good about ourselves
Therapy helps you to uncover, and make use of, your inner resources.”

The Basics
Sessions
are 50-minutes long. Generally, at the same time and in the same place each week as this really helps the therapy to progress.
Location:
the City, a 5-minute walk from Bank station; 10 minutes from Moorgate and Cannon Street stations.
Fees:
range from £70 per session.
Would online suit you better? That’s available too.
Let’s have a conversation.
Commitment – yours and mine:
In our first conversation, we’ll explore your challenges, needs and expectations and start setting the framework for the therapy.
As we work together, we’ll review the therapy from time to time. Decisions are made with your best interests at heart.
